Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before ordering any WebCraft SA service. They explain what we do, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the WebCraft SA website, template marketplace and related digital services (collectively the “Services”), operated by WebCraft SA (“we”, “us”). By browsing the website, purchasing a template, or requesting any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the date of your order is the version that applies to your order. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Our Services
WebCraft SA provides bilingual (Arabic and English) website templates, website design and development, domain and hosting arrangements, digital advertising management, Google Business Profile optimization and related digital services for businesses in Saudi Arabia.
The exact scope of work for every order (pages, features, timeline and deliverables) is defined in the written quotation or order confirmation exchanged with you before work begins. Marketing descriptions on this website are general and the written quotation prevails.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are starting prices in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Website template packages are billed yearly and include, for the standard single-page package, the website, domain and hosting for that year. Additional pages, features or fully custom websites are quoted separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before delivery. Advertising management fees cover our service charge only; the client's ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform. Prices are exclusive of value added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise, and VAT is added where applicable.
4. Subscriptions, Renewals and Cancellation
Yearly packages renew annually at the then-current price, with reasonable notice before renewal. You may choose not to renew; in that case the website, domain and hosting included in the package expire at the end of the paid year unless you transfer them to your own accounts where technically possible.
You may cancel work that has not yet started with a full refund. Once work has started, cancellation is handled according to our Refund Policy based on work completed and third-party costs already incurred.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, and the texts, images, logos and other materials (the “Content”) you want published. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use the Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, and that its publication complies with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You are responsible for the legality of your business activity and for obtaining the licenses required for it. We are not liable for the Content you provide beyond publishing it as instructed.
6. Our Responsibilities
We will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care, in line with the agreed scope and timeline. We will communicate progress, deliver the agreed deliverables, and fix defects that deviate from the agreed specification for 14 days after delivery at no extra charge.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design as delivered to you is transferred to you, excluding our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, for which we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence as part of the website. We retain the right to display the delivered work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets used in your website (fonts, photographs, plugins) remain subject to their own licences, which we will identify to you on request.
8. Third-Party Services
Your website may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp and advertising platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or policy changes, though we will reasonably assist you if an issue arises.
9. Warranties and Disclaimer
We warrant that the Services will be performed as described in the agreed scope. Except for that warranty, the Services are provided “as is” and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead volume or other marketing result, which depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amounts you actually paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services if you breach these Terms materially and do not cure the breach within 7 days of notice, or if the Content you provide is unlawful. You remain liable for amounts due up to the effective date of termination, and the Refund Policy applies to any prepaid amounts.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days; failing that, the competent courts in Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction.
13. Changes to the Services and Terms
We continually improve the Services and may change features, templates or pricing for future orders. Changes do not affect work already agreed and paid for, except where required by law.
