Get your seller accounts open, and your store set up to sell.
We prepare your documents, complete the registration correctly the first time, and configure the store — on Amazon.sa, Noon, Haraj, Salla and Zid, with Maroof verification alongside.
Why this is hard
Turnkey Marketplace Store Setup & Fast Approval.
Most sellers who abandon the process do not abandon it because the platform is complicated. They abandon it because a document was photographed instead of scanned, or the name on the bank statement did not match the name on the account, or the Power of Attorney was in a separate file when it had to be in the same PDF as the trade licence.
Then there is a rejection without a clear reason, a support ticket in English, and two weeks lost.
We do this repeatedly, for different seller types, on the platforms that matter in Saudi Arabia. We know what each one asks for, in what format, and what typically causes a rejection.
What we do, and what we do not
- We prepare and submit. Documents checked and formatted, forms completed accurately, applications tracked until a decision is issued.
- We configure the store. Return policy, shipping terms, payment settings, catalogue structure, and for Amazon.sa and Noon, the fulfilment model choice.
- We do not bypass verification. We cannot and will not create accounts under someone else's identity, purchase accounts, or use documents that are not genuinely yours. The platform decides whether to approve you. Anyone claiming otherwise is putting your business at risk.
Platforms
What each platform actually requires.
Requirements change. We confirm the current set before starting your application.
| Platform | Best for | Who can register | Core requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon.sa | Volume selling across most categories, with the platform supplying traffic | Individuals (Saudi nationals only) and businesses | National ID or Iqama, plus either a Commercial Registration (business) or a recent bank statement (individual) |
| Noon | Consumer goods, electronics, fashion and beauty across the GCC | Businesses and sole establishments with a valid trade licence | Trade licence or Commercial Registration, tax details, and bank details with IBAN |
| Haraj | Local reach across the Kingdom for new and used goods, vehicles and property | Anyone — registration is free and open | A phone number and an email. The work is in the store quality, not the approval |
| Salla | Your own branded Saudi store with Mada, STC Pay and ZATCA-compliant invoicing | Individuals, freelancers and businesses | A platform subscription, plus Maroof verification recommended for trust |
| Zid | A branded store with stronger inventory and analytics tools | Individuals, freelancers and businesses | A platform subscription and a configured merchant profile |

Documents
The document set we work with.
Scanned colour copies or original PDFs. Not photographs of screens, not Excel files, not password-protected documents. This single detail causes more rejections than anything else.

Before we start
What we need from you.
To assess your eligibility we need
Send these and we will tell you which platforms you can register on now, and which need something else first.
One platform at a time
We generally recommend a single platform first. Spreading limited stock and attention across three marketplaces produces three poorly managed stores rather than one that sells.
Our Marketplace Compliance Standards
We ensure your seller accounts are 100% compliant with Saudi regulatory and platform policies:
- Document Accuracy: Precise matching of Commercial Registration, VAT certificates, and IBANs.
- Fast-Track Setup: Preventing common rejection errors to ensure swift official approval.
- Catalog Compliance: Proper barcodes (EAN/UPC), high-res imagery, and optimized Arabic/English titles.
- Fulfillment Guidance: Setup of FBA, FBN, or local carrier integrations for on-time delivery.
- Complete Ownership: Full administrative control remains securely in your hands.

Questions
Marketplace account FAQs.
Do I need a Commercial Registration to sell online in Saudi Arabia?
For marketplace business accounts, yes — Amazon.sa and Noon both require a valid trade licence or CR for business registration. Amazon.sa does offer an individual seller route, but it is limited to Saudi nationals. Beyond the platforms, online commercial activity in the Kingdom generally expects a CR, and Maroof verification requires either a CR or a freelance document.
Can I sell on Amazon.sa as an individual?
Amazon.sa individual accounts are restricted to Saudi nationals. You would need a Saudi National ID and a recent bank or credit card statement or utility bill for address verification. Non-Saudi residents need a business registration for a business account, which requires the CR and, in some cases, a Power of Attorney.
Can I have accounts on more than one platform?
Yes, and many sellers do. Each platform has its own rules about how many accounts one seller may hold and whether the same trade licence or bank details can be reused — Noon, for example, requires a unique document and bank set per account. We check the current position before submitting anything.
How long does the process take?
Registration itself is quick. The review is what varies: Noon typically takes a few business days to about a week including the required onboarding training; Amazon.sa depends on identity verification and how quickly documents are accepted. Underlying all of it is whether your documents are right the first time.
What is Maroof and do I need it?
Maroof is the Ministry of Commerce platform that verifies online stores in Saudi Arabia. Registration is free, done through Nafath or Absher, and gives you a badge you can display on your site — which customers actively look for. It is not the same thing as a platform seller account, but it is strongly worth doing and it is part of our onboarding scope.
Do you manage the store after it is set up?
We can. Many clients take onboarding and then either run the store themselves after a handover session, or continue with us for listing management, product content and advertising. It is a separate scope either way, and nothing continues on autopilot without your agreement.
What if my application is rejected?
We review the reason, correct what caused it and resubmit. Rejections are usually about document format, a name mismatch, or an expired registration — all of which are fixable. If a rejection reveals a genuine eligibility problem, we will tell you that plainly rather than submit repeatedly.
Is selling online in Saudi Arabia regulated in other ways?
Yes. ZATCA requires businesses above the VAT threshold to register and comply with e-invoicing. Advertising standards, cosmetic and health product rules, and intellectual property rules all apply online as they do offline. We flag what is relevant to your category, but licensing remains your responsibility as the business owner — we are not lawyers or a government body.
