Paid campaigns on the platforms Saudis actually use.
We plan, set up, run and optimise your paid social campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook — targeting the right audience, managing the budget properly, and reporting results without inflating them.
Starting point
Targeted Paid Campaigns Engineered for High ROI.
Paid social is the fastest way to put your business in front of people who have never heard of you. It is also the fastest way to spend money and learn nothing, if the offer is unclear, the audience is guessed, or the creative was made without a purpose.
So we start with three questions. What are you selling, who is it for, and what does a successful result look like? A lead, a message on WhatsApp, a store visit, a completed order. Until that is defined, no amount of targeting will help.
What shapes a Saudi campaign
- Vertical video is the default. Snapchat and TikTok are vertical, full-screen and sound-on. Horizontal creative gets skipped.
- Arabic-first creative. Arabic copy that reads naturally, with Arabic typography set properly rather than stretched Latin fonts.
- WhatsApp as a destination. With the highest messaging usage in the market, sending people to a WhatsApp conversation frequently outperforms a web form.
- Ramadan, Eid and National Day change everything. Timing, tone, budget and competition all shift. Campaigns that ignore the calendar underperform.
- Mobile data, not office Wi-Fi. Your creative will be seen on a mid-range phone on a mobile connection, and it has to hold up.
Platforms
Which platform fits your goal.
| Platform | Why it matters in Saudi Arabia | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|
| Snapchat | One of the strongest platforms in the Kingdom, with reach that is exceptional by global standards. Skews younger and family-oriented. | Retail, F&B, beauty, fashion, consumer services, family-focused offers |
| TikTok | Very high national penetration and the fastest route to broad, low-cost attention with authentic-feeling content. | Product discovery, new launches, awareness at scale, younger audiences |
| Instagram & Facebook | Instagram is strong for retail and lifestyle; Facebook reaches an older audience and shares the same ads manager. | Visual products, retail, services, retargeting and catalogue ads |
| X | Used heavily for news and public conversation rather than browsing. | Announcements, B2B, public-facing organisations |
| YouTube | Very high reach, suited to longer consideration before a decision. | Considered purchases, demonstrations, how-to and trust-building content |
Each platform is sold separately by its owner, and each has its own account, billing and policy requirements. We work within them rather than around them.
Scope
What we do, end to end.
Strategy and audience
Who you are trying to reach, where they are, and what will make them act.
- Objective definition agreed with you
- Interest, behaviour and lookalike audiences
- Geographic targeting by city or district
- Arabic and English audience separation
Creative direction
The part most campaigns get wrong. Targeting cannot rescue unclear creative.
- Concept and messaging angles
- Arabic and English ad copy
- Vertical video guidance and scripts
- Static design variants for testing
Technical setup
Getting the plumbing right so the data is trustworthy and the account is yours.
- Business Manager and ad account setup
- Pixel or SDK installation and event tracking
- Conversion API where applicable
- WhatsApp and landing page destinations
Campaign management
Live campaigns are managed, not left running. This is the ongoing work.
- Structure: which campaigns, ad sets and ads
- A/B testing on creative, copy and audiences
- Bid and budget pacing
- Weekly monitoring and adjustments
Budget discipline
Your money, your account. We never take your ad budget into our account.
- Ad spend paid directly to the platform by you
- Our fee invoiced separately and transparently
- Honest advice when spend is not working
- No invented performance forecasts
Reporting
What the platform reports, explained in language that means something.
- Spend, reach, results and cost per result
- Which creatives and audiences performed
- What changed and why
- What we recommend next
Process
A campaign from start to first report.
-
1
Brief and objective
We agree what success means, what you are able to fulfil, and what budget is realistic for it. Unrealistic expectations are corrected here, not after spending.
-
2
Audience and creative
Research and targeting built out, then creative produced or directed. You approve the Arabic and English versions before anything goes live.
-
3
Launch and learn
Campaigns go live with test variants. Early spend is used to learn what works rather than to chase scale immediately.
-
4
Optimise and report
Budget moves toward what performs, weak variants are paused, and you get a written summary of what happened and what is next.
Access
What we need from you.
Before we can run campaigns
Two of these catch clients out constantly, so we mention them early.
Ownership, stated plainly
Your ad accounts, Business Manager, pixel and audience data belong to you and stay with you. If you leave, you keep the account and the learning history. We do not run client money through our own accounts.
Budget
How the money is split.
There are two separate costs, and conflating them is a common source of misunderstanding.
- Ad budget. Paid directly by you to Snapchat, TikTok or Meta. It buys reach. It is your money, in your account, visible to you in real time.
- Management fee. What we charge for planning, creative direction, setup, ongoing optimisation and reporting. It does not scale with your ad budget unless the workload genuinely does.
We will tell you when a budget is too small to learn from, and we will tell you when spending more is unlikely to help. If a campaign is not working after a fair test, we will say so rather than keep invoicing while it fails.
Typical starting point
A single platform, one clear objective, and a budget held constant long enough to gather real data before scaling. Spreading a small budget across five platforms usually produces five sets of inconclusive numbers.
Our Performance & Transparency Commitments
We treat your advertising budget with absolute discipline and transparency:
- Full Ad Account Ownership: Every ad campaign runs inside your own business manager account.

- Rigorous A/B Testing: Continuous creative and targeting experiments to lower acquisition costs.
- Agile Budget Scaling: Increasing budget on top-performing ads and immediately cutting underperforming sets.
- Saudi Market Fit: Creative formats tailored specifically for Saudi cultural nuances and peak shopping seasons.

Questions
Social media advertising FAQs.
Which platform should I start with?
It depends on who you are selling to and how fast you need the answer. For retail, F&B and consumer services, Snapchat or Instagram often produce the clearest early signal. For product discovery at scale, TikTok. For announcements and B2B, X or LinkedIn. Running all of them at once with a limited budget is the worst option — you learn very little from five small tests.
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
No, and it should not be. Your ad spend goes directly to the platform from your own payment method, so you see exactly what was spent and where. Our fee covers the management work and is invoiced separately.
How much budget do I need?
Enough to gather meaningful data within a reasonable time. A budget so small that it takes two months to get twenty results will not tell you anything useful. What that number is depends on your objective and how competitive your audience is — we will give you a realistic range rather than a minimum we invented.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can, and providers who say otherwise are either guessing or planning to sell you guaranteed traffic you could have bought yourself. What we can do is run the campaign competently, test properly, report honestly and stop spending when something clearly is not working.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We work inside your Business Manager and ad accounts. That means you keep the pixel data, the audience lists and the historical performance, and you can continue or change agency without losing anything. We do not run client spend through our own accounts.
Do you create the videos and images?
We direct the creative, write the Arabic and English ad copy and produce static design variants. For video we provide scripts, shot guidance and editing direction, and can arrange production where that is needed. Most clients supply footage from their premises or products and we shape it into ad-ready edits.
How soon will I see results?
Impressions and clicks are immediate. Whether those translate into enquiries or orders depends on your offer, your pricing and how quickly you respond to enquiries. The first two weeks are normally about learning what works rather than judging the campaign.
Do you run campaigns during Ramadan?
Yes, and the strategy changes. Online activity in Saudi Arabia rises sharply in the evening and after iftar, competition for attention increases, and tone matters enormously. Campaigns planned for Ramadan week-by-week from the start perform far better than campaigns that continue unchanged.

Ran ads before and they did not work?
It is usually the offer, the targeting or the creative — in that order. Send us what you ran and we will tell you which one we think it was.
