SEO that fixes real problems, in Arabic and English.
Technical audits, on-page work, Arabic keyword research and structured content — built for how people actually search in Saudi Arabia, and reported in plain language rather than dashboards you cannot read.
Where to begin
An audit before a retainer. Always.
Selling SEO as a monthly package without first understanding what is broken is how the industry earned its reputation. So we start with a technical and content audit, and you receive a prioritised list of what is wrong and what it is worth fixing.
What the audit covers
- Indexing and crawlability. Whether Google can actually reach and understand your pages — surprisingly often the real problem.
- Site speed and Core Web Vitals , measured on mobile rather than on your office connection.
- Title tags, meta descriptions and heading structure , page by page, in both languages.
- Arabic keyword reality. What your customers type in Arabic, including the transliterations that dominate Saudi search — سيو, سوشيال ميديا, ماركتنق.
- Duplicate and near-duplicate content , including the classic problem of an English page and an Arabic page competing with each other.
- Internal linking , orphan pages, and whether your service pages are reachable from the homepage.
- Structured data : which schema is present, which is wrong, and which is missing where Google would use it.
- Competitor comparison for the terms you actually want, so you know what the effort looks like before you commit.
You get the audit as a document you can act on — with us, with your own developer, or with nobody. Nothing is held back to force an engagement.
Workstreams
The four areas SEO work falls into.
Technical SEO
Making the site easy for search engines to crawl, render, index and trust.
- Indexing and sitemap corrections
- Speed and Core Web Vitals work
- Canonical and hreflang fixes
- Mobile rendering checks
On-page SEO
Making each page clearly about one subject, for the reader first and the crawler second.
- Titles, descriptions and headings
- Content structure and depth
- Internal linking between related pages
- Image filenames and alt text in both languages
Arabic keyword work
Arabic search behaviour is not the English list translated, and Saudi phrasing is not Gulf-generic.
- Arabic keyword discovery and clustering
- Latin transliterations (سيو, ماركتنق)
- Saudi-specific terminology
- Dual-language mapping so pages do not compete
Authority building
Earning relevance signals rather than buying links, which is a short-term fix with lasting consequences.
- Industry and directory listings that are real
- Local citations in Arabic directories
- Client-side content assets
- No link schemes, no private networks
Structured data
Telling search engines explicitly what a page is, so the right result type can be generated.
- Organization and LocalBusiness
- Service and Product
- Breadcrumb and FAQ where genuinely applicable
- Validation after every change
Measurement
Reporting on things you can act on, not a wall of screenshots.
- Search Console and Analytics reviews
- Which pages gained or lost visibility
- Which queries are close to ranking
- What we will change next month
Process
How an SEO engagement runs.
-
1
Audit
Technical, content and competitive review. You receive a prioritised action list whether or not you continue with us.
-
2
Plan
We agree which keywords are realistically worth targeting in Arabic and English, and in what order. Unrealistic targets are named as such.
-
3
Execute
On-page fixes, technical corrections, content structure and citation work, month by month, in priority order.
-
4
Report
A plain-language monthly summary: what changed, what we learned, what is next. Impression and query data, not vanity metrics.
Expectations
What SEO realistically does, and when.
| Timeframe | What typically happens | What we would be honest about |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–4 | Technical fixes, indexing corrections, on-page optimisation, tracking verified | Server-side and structural problems surface here. Some fix quickly; some need a rebuild you may not have budgeted for. |
| Months 2–3 | Early movement on lower-competition and long-tail queries; local pack response where that work is included | New sites should not expect meaningful organic traffic this early. Anyone promising it is guessing. |
| Months 4–6 | Compounding gains on service and category terms; clearer picture of which content performs | Competitive head terms in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam can still be out of reach without sustained authority work. |
| Beyond 6 months | Consolidation, expansion into new keyword clusters, content depth on what already works | Progress is not linear. Core updates can move things in either direction, and no agency controls that. |
Timelines vary with competition, site age, existing authority and how much of the recommended work can actually be implemented.

Our SEO Methodology & Performance Standards
Strategic search engine optimization focused on qualified organic traffic and high-intent buyer keywords.
- Commercial Keyword Research: Targeting high-intent commercial terms used by Saudi buyers.
- Core Web Vitals Optimization: Mobile speed, structured data schema, and clean indexation.
- Regional Authority Building: High-quality backlink acquisition from trusted regional business sources.
- Monthly Performance Dashboards: Transparent keyword rank tracking, click growth, and conversion metrics.
Clear deliverables, measurable ranking gains, and sustainable organic traffic growth.
What we will never promise about SEO
These promises are common in the market. They are also untrue, and the effects of believing them are expensive.
- A number one ranking position for a competitive keyword.
- A fixed monthly increase in visitors, enquiries or sales.
- That we can rank you within a certain number of days or weeks.
- That a specific keyword will reach a specific position by a specific date.
- That results are unaffected by Google core updates.
- That a guaranteed-results contract is anything other than a resale of advertising.
What we commit to instead: a defined scope of work each month, transparent reporting on what changed, and an honest account when something is not working.
Questions
SEO FAQs for Saudi businesses.
Do I need SEO if I am already advertising on Instagram or Snapchat?
They solve different problems. Paid social buys attention now and stops when the budget stops. SEO builds a position that keeps delivering after the work is done. Most established businesses eventually want both, but if you need customers this month, advertising comes first.
Is SEO in Arabic different from SEO in English?
Considerably. Arabic search phrases are often shorter and head-noun based, city names carry more weight, and Saudi users frequently type Latin transliterations of English terms — سيو for SEO, ماركتنق for marketing — sometimes in the same sentence as Arabic. Mapping these correctly is a research job, not a translation job.
How much does SEO cost in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on how competitive your terms are and how much of the technical work is outstanding. Rather than publish a package price that fits nobody, we scope the audit first and quote the ongoing work from what it actually contains. You will get a fixed monthly figure with a defined scope, and you will know what happens if you stop.
Will you build backlinks?
We do citation and directory work that is legitimate and verifiable, plus content that earns links naturally. We do not buy links, use private blog networks or place sponsored links disguised as recommendations. Those approaches work briefly and then cause problems that are expensive to undo.
Can you work on my existing site, or do I need a new one?
Most of our SEO work is on existing sites. A rebuild is only recommended when the structural problems cannot be fixed within the current platform — and that is a recommendation we will support with specifics, not a sales pitch.
What reporting do I get?
A monthly summary in plain language: what was done, what changed in Search Console and Analytics, which pages improved or declined, and what we plan next. If you want the underlying data, you get access to the accounts directly.
Can you do SEO for a Salla or Zid store?
Yes, with practical limits. Both platforms handle much of the technical layer for you, so work concentrates on product and category content, Arabic titles and descriptions, internal linking within the store, and Google Merchant Center if you are selling products. We will tell you what is genuinely not controllable on the platform.

Wondering why your site does not show up?
It is usually one of four things: indexing, structure, content, or competition. A short conversation will narrow it down.
