Marketplace · Amazon.sa
An Amazon.sa seller account that clears verification first time.
We prepare your document set to Amazon's exact requirements, complete the registration under your identity, support you through identity verification, and configure Seller Central so the account is ready to trade once approved.
Two routes
Individual or business? The answer decides everything.
Amazon.sa has two registration routes, and choosing the wrong one wastes weeks.
The individual route is limited to Saudi nationals. It requires a Saudi National ID and a recent bank or credit card statement, or a utility bill, to confirm your address.
The business route requires a valid, clear copy of your Commercial Registration or trade licence, the National ID or Iqama of the owner or legal representative, and — where the person registering is a legal representative rather than the owner — a Power of Attorney. That last document is the one that trips people up: it must be attached in the same file as the trade licence, not uploaded separately.
Where applications usually fail
- Documents photographed rather than scanned. Amazon asks for colour scans or original PDFs. Screenshots and photos of screens are rejected.
- A statement outside the validity window. Bank or credit card statements are generally expected from within the last 180 days, and bank confirmation documents within about 90 days.
- A name mismatch. The name on your bank account must match the name on your Seller Central account. Nicknames, trading names and different transliterations all cause problems.
- An address mismatch. The address on your bank statement should match what you entered during registration.
- An expired registration. A CR that has lapsed is an automatic stop.
- Password-protected files. Documents must open without a password.
Every one of those is preventable, and catching them before submission is most of what this service is.
Documents
What you need, by seller type.
| Requirement | Individual seller | Business seller |
|---|---|---|
| Who is eligible | Saudi nationals only | Businesses with a valid Commercial Registration or trade licence |
| Identity document | Saudi National ID, both sides, in colour | National ID or Iqama of the owner or legal representative, both sides |

| Proof of address | Recent bank or credit card statement, or a utility bill, in PDF | Covered by the trade licence and identity documents in most cases |
| Bank account | An account in your own name where Amazon can send proceeds | A business account in the registered name of the business |
| Bank document | Statement showing your name and address | Document showing IBAN and the full account name, recently issued |
| Email and phone | A business email address, or an existing Amazon customer account, plus a reachable phone number | Same, and the number should be one that will be answered during verification |
| Selling plan | Individual or Professional — availability and fees change, so we confirm the current position | Same |
| After registration | Seller Identity Verification covering the primary contact person | Seller Identity Verification, plus beneficial owner declarations where applicable |
Requirements are set by Amazon and change periodically. We confirm the current set for your situation before you submit anything.

What we do not do
Amazon seller onboarding attracts a lot of shortcuts offered online. None of them are safe, and several are criminal rather than merely against terms.
- Guarantee account approval.
- Register an account using documents that are not yours.
- Buy, rent or transfer an existing seller account.
- Circumvent a suspension, a ban or an identity check.
- Provide false information on an application or a tax declaration.
- Promise sales volumes, Best Seller status or category placements.
If an account is suspended or blocked, the legitimate route is Amazon's own appeal process. We can help you prepare a factual appeal, and we will be clear when an appeal is unlikely to succeed.
Questions
Amazon.sa seller account FAQs.
Can a non-Saudi resident sell on Amazon.sa?
Yes, but not through the individual route — that is limited to Saudi nationals. A non-Saudi resident registers as a business, which means holding a valid Commercial Registration in Saudi Arabia and providing the identity documents of the owner or legal representative. Where a legal representative is registering, a Power of Attorney is required in the same file as the trade licence.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
VAT registration in Saudi Arabia depends on your turnover threshold, and the obligation to register is yours as the business. VAT applies at 15%. Whether you must register, and from when, is a tax question rather than a platform question — we will flag that you need to confirm it, and we work with your accountant's answer rather than giving a tax opinion ourselves.
What is Seller Identity Verification?
After registration and before you can start selling, Amazon verifies the identity of the primary contact person — the individual who has access to the selling account's payment account and who acts on behalf of the account holder. For a business account this includes confirming whether that person is a beneficial owner or a legal representative. We help you prepare the details and respond to requests during this stage.
Can I use my personal bank account?
For an individual account, the account must be in your name and match your Seller Central details. For a business account, the settlement account should be the business account in the registered business name. Digital accounts and non-Saudi payment providers are accepted in some cases — we check what applies to your situation rather than assuming.
Will I need a GTIN or barcode for my products?
In most cases products need a Global Trade Item Number such as a UPC or EAN. If you are matching an existing listing on Amazon.sa, the product ID already exists and you do not need to supply one. If you are creating a new listing, you may need to purchase a barcode or request an exemption. We explain this when we reach the listing stage.
What are the fees?
Amazon charges a referral fee on each sale, which varies by category, and there may be a subscription depending on the selling plan you choose. Amazon changes these periodically and publishes them officially — we point you to the current published figures rather than quoting from memory.
Do you help with product listings after the account is open?
Yes, as a separate scope. That covers Arabic and English titles and descriptions written for Amazon's search behaviour, attribute completion, variation setup and pricing structure. A live account with weak listings does not sell, and listing quality is usually the second job after onboarding.
What happens if my application is rejected?
We read the rejection reason, correct the underlying problem and resubmit. Most rejections trace back to document format, a name or address mismatch, or an expired document. We will tell you honestly if the issue is something we cannot fix from our side.

Applying to more than one marketplace?
Amazon.sa and Noon use different document rules. It is usually cheaper to prepare both correctly in one pass than to fix two rejections separately.
